This website is designed to give you information on the products and services offered by Crossborder Health Partners. We are an insurance intermediary and underwriting agency.

As such, we normally act on our customers’ behalf in arranging insurance. We also have relationships with certain insurers where we act on their behalf instead, as their agent. This can include underwriting and claims handling. Where this is the case we will always make it clear before you agree to enter into a contract of insurance.

Our services include but are not limited to, arranging insurance cover with insurers to meet stated requirements and assisting with any ongoing changes. As part of our service, we can assist with provision of claims and assistance services. You will not receive a recommendation from us. You will need to decide if the product is suitable for you. If you are unsure whether these are suitable for you, please speak to a financial or insurance adviser.

What products we offer

We usually offer products/facilities from a single insurer, however, under certain circumstances we may deal with a limited panel, or range of insurers. We will confirm the basis of our offerings at the outset. We will supply you with a list of the insurers we may and do conduct business with.

In Europe, our French affiliate,  CHP-CBI SAS is authorised and regulated as an insurance intermediary by ORIAS  (Ref no 21000911) and is authorised in all EU countries.
